Hello!
I moved to Clearwater, FL from the West Coast in 2005, and left a career in Accounting and Business Management.
I felt ready for a change, to start a career more fitting to my pesonality and ambitions. My then Realtor Paola Lombardi (Broker of Great Homes Realty) recruited me to become an agent.
I took the leap, started selling real estate and never looked back.
I have been working with Paola's fantastic international team at Great Homes ever since. We are a strong group. We can service customers in many different languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Hungarian, etc. not to mention English :-) We do not operate as competitors to each other but rather we all try to bring something to the table, to share our market knowledge which only makes all of us more ready and able to service our clients.
The market is ever changing, and I have managed for all these years to go with the flow, follow the market wherever it has taken us. I am a full time Realtor, which means I can be showing anywhere from 10-50 properties a week, sometimes more. I know my market. I have seen the upside, I have seen the downside. I feel that I can give responsible advice to my clients, even if the right advice is to discourage a person from buying or selling.
I am originally from Hungary. I am fluent in English and Hungarian. I specialize in residential primary and vacation homes in Pinellas County.
The role of a real estate agent is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction. I am absolutely committed to fulfilling your needs with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and service.
Helping people make one of their most important decisions is a serious responsibility, but something that I enjoy doing. This enthusiasm and hard work will benefit you and help reduce the stress and anxiety often associated with real estate transactions. I'll do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.
Realtors adhere to a strict code of ethics approved by the National Board of Realtors (NAR). The code assumes that people conducting a real estate transaction must adhere to a higher set of standards than those people working in other business arenas.
